New website developments

We have some exciting new developments that have occurred on our website. Please see below for more information on how these will benefit you.

Saved list

Customers are now able to build up a shopping list throughout the week on the website, which can be saved until you are ready to make your purchase. This will allow you to add items to your basket at your convenience, ensuring that you never miss out on fantastic local produce.

To build up your shopping list simply add the items you would like to your basket. Once you have added your items, click “save basket” in order to revisit your basket, add or remove items and/or checkout at a later date.

Make sure you remember to log in to save your list as you go along.

To revisit your list at a later date, go to “my account” and click the “resume shopping” button. Don’t forget to save your basket again once you have added more items!

Favourites list

You can also use your saved shopping list to build up a favourites list, so you can keep buying your favourite local produce each week without having to add them to your basket each time you shop.

Simply follow the instructions above for the saved list.

Reorder/repeat orders

We have also introduced a new function so you can repeat any previous orders you have made with Food For Kent. This is fantastic for those of us who have a regular shopping list or would like to repeat many of the same items as a previous shop.

To repeat a previous order, go to “my account” and click on the “orders” tab to the left. Then simply click on the order you want to repeat and click “reorder”.

Delivery instructions

Once you are happy with the contents of your basket and are ready to proceed to checkout, any delivery instructions that you have previously entered will be remembered and included each time.

Therefore, we can ensure your items are exactly where you want them every time we deliver them to you. If you need to amend your instructions for any reason, simply change the text in the delivery instructions box in the same way you did before.
