High Weald Dairy is a local family run business by Sue and Mark Hardy since 1988. Based in The Weald, on the Kent Sussex border we specialise in award winning organic and non-organic cheeses made from goat,cows and sheep milk. Our range includes hard and soft English and Mediterranean style cheeses which have been perfected over the years to create cheeses loved by consumers and cheese enthusiasts alike.

High Weald Dairy has been recommended by GourmetBritain.com for their high quality cheeses with special note given to their Duddleswell hard-pressed cheese which was silver medal winner at the world cheese awards in 2005 and Cowslip was silver medal winner at world cheese awards 2005. They have also accumulated numerous other high profile awards at the 2005 World Cheese Awards and British Cheese Awards.
